


Postnatal Pilates & Resistance - 6-Week Course/Circuit training class (higher intensity)
A dedicated six week course, just outside of Folkestone, focussing on Core, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic Floor and Full Body. Located at Newington Village Hall. Class is 10.40am-11.40am
A 6 week circuit training class, higher intensity. Suitable for ladies that have completed at least one postnatal Pilates block. Suitable for ladies 12 weeks postpartum who have previously exercised. Class is 9.30am-10.30am

Suitable for all abilities. No equipment needed.
Participants must have completed their 6-week GP Postnatal check.
